This policy covers the Bravo Charlie website, Lead Audit workflow and related inquiry/report systems. It may be updated as the services or supporting providers change.

Information we collect

When you submit a Lead Audit or contact form, Bravo Charlie may collect information you provide such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, project needs, budget range, timing and notes.

The website and hosting infrastructure may also process basic technical information needed to serve, measure and protect the site, such as IP address, browser/device information, request logs, analytics events and security-related data.

Website analysis and AI-assisted audit processing

When a website is provided for a Lead Audit, Bravo Charlie may retrieve and analyze publicly accessible pages from that website. The audit can collect technical and content signals such as page titles, metadata, headings, structured data, forms, calls to action, contact links, response information and representative page text.

Selected business context and public-site findings may be processed by an AI service provider, currently OpenAI, to help draft the personalized report. Bravo Charlie uses a human review step before the final audit PDF is approved and emailed. Contact email and phone information are not intentionally included in the AI analysis prompt.

Automation recommendations are based on visible customer paths and are treated as potential opportunities. Public website analysis cannot establish what private internal systems, staffing or workflows a business actually uses.

How we use information

We use submitted information and audit findings to prepare requested reports, review and prioritize website/SEO/conversion opportunities, communicate with you, evaluate potential projects, improve our services, measure website activity and protect the site from abuse or security threats.

Sharing and selling

Bravo Charlie does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that help operate hosting, analytics, email delivery, AI-assisted report generation, security and related business systems, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

Audit reports and retention

Lead Audit leads, crawl findings, draft analysis and report files may be retained for business records, quality review, follow-up and relationship management unless deletion is requested or a different retention period is required by law or legitimate business needs.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and legitimate business record requirements.
